3. Not a government website

We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government. Empathy Insurance Advisors is not the federal Health Insurance Marketplace or a government website.

4. Plans, subsidies and estimates

Eligibility for subsidies and for extra Silver plan savings (cost-sharing reductions) is based on household income, household size and other factors set by federal rules. Any estimate on this site is based on what you enter; final eligibility is determined when you apply, and subsidy amounts are reconciled at tax time.

Plan availability, premiums and benefits vary by insurance company, county and plan year, and a monthly premium may apply. A licensed agent confirms your options with you before anything is enrolled.

5. How we are paid

We are appointed with several insurance companies and are not owned or controlled by any of them. Insurance companies pay us when clients enroll; there is no cost to you for our help and no obligation to enroll.

6. When you submit our form

Information you submit is used by Empathy Insurance Advisorsand its licensed agents to contact you about the options you asked about, as described in the consent shown next to the form's button. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
